Effective 2026-08-26. These terms cover the public website. A signed statement of work governs any paid engagement.

By submitting a request, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it for the stated business purpose.
The website describes our approach and capabilities. It is general information, not professional advice, a bid, a statement of work, or a guarantee of any commercial, operational, legal, financial, compliance, security, or technical outcome.
Submitting the form asks us to consider one workflow and does not require us to accept or respond to the request. “Workflow Audit” does not promise any response, assessment, or deliverable within a particular time. Trishor may decline a request, ask for clarification, or propose a separately scoped engagement.
Submission is free. It does not create a paid engagement, agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary relationship, exclusivity obligation, or confidentiality agreement. Paid work begins only under mutually accepted written terms.
You retain ownership of your material and permit us to use it only to receive, secure, assess, and respond to the workflow request, maintain necessary records, and comply with law. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, health or biometric information, government IDs, illegal or infringing material, or third-party confidential or personal information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Our Privacy Notice explains the information we collect, providers we use, retention, security measures, and how to make a rights request or grievance. The form records the notice version and server time associated with your acknowledgement.
You may not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or bypass rate limits or security controls affecting the website, infrastructure, accounts, or data. Automated spam submissions are prohibited.
We use Trishor as our public brand and operate the trishor.in domain. We do not represent the Trishor name as a registered trade mark. Our original visual identity, website design, copy, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to us. These terms do not grant permission to copy, train on, redistribute, or commercially reuse those materials except as allowed by applicable law or our written permission.
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability and separate terms are outside our control. This clause does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the public website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Scope, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance, fees, taxes, intellectual property, confidentiality, security, support, warranties, liability, termination, and dispute terms for paid work are governed by the signed statement of work or service agreement. These website terms do not amend an existing signed agreement.
These website terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to non-waivable rights and the lawful territorial jurisdiction of the relevant court, disputes concerning these website terms are subject to the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. A signed agreement may specify a different dispute process for paid work.
We may update these website terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. An update does not retroactively change an existing signed engagement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
